Delegated Services Risk Warning: Peaceful Protest

Hello all, This morning the attached, untaxed vehicle was driven onto an agreement customer's site. The driver was not aggressive but did not wish to leave, until after a couple of hours and the vehicle had been checked out, it was pointed out it was untaxed! There is potential for this individual to repeat his actions. There is the possibility  for you to experience something similar yourselves on other issues, even if not open to vehicles. The advice we have been able to quickly provide is as follows and flows from the Section 1 services of your customer agreement, namely the support on Warning and Banning we provide: The site is not public and you can choose, ('get outa my pub') who is welcome or not. This is the 'landlord' right. In the event of non co-operation Section 547 of the Education Act 1996 makes it a criminal offence to commit nuisance or trespass on a school site. Therefore, a failure to leave falls into that category. Reasonable force can be used t...

Here's the latest from the Police all but do take into account too that there are bridge repair/inspection works ongoing at M48 bridge and from July 1, a planned closure is also set for the Severn Tunnel for more than a week, for railway maintenance work.
