The advice from Government and PHE has updated this morning:
Guidance
COVID-19: Specified countries and areas with implications for returning travellers or visitors arriving in the UK
Published 25 February 2020
Category 1: Travellers should immediately self-isolate, even if asymptomatic, and call NHS 111 to inform of recent travel.
Category 2: Travellers do not need to undertake any special measures, but if they develop symptoms they should self-isolate and call NHS 111.

Italy:
The coronavirus had spread to more than six regions in the country as of Monday morning, the Associated Press (AP) reported.
The two most infected regions are Lombardy and Veneto in the north of Italy, home to the major cities of Milan and Venice.
Which Italian towns are on lockdown?
In the region of Lombardy: Codogno; Castiglione d’Adda; Casalpusterlengo; Fombio; Maleo; Somaglia; Bertonico; Terranova dei Passerini; Castelgerundo; and San Fiorano.
In the region of Veneto: Vo’Euganeo.

Investigation under way into sexual offences in Yatton Added on 09 January 2018 at 11:56 An investigation is under way into four incidents of sexual assault and exposure in Yatton which are being treated as linked. All the incidents have happened over the past two days and involve a man inappropriately touching females or exposing himself to members of the public. We’re issuing a description of the offender and are appealing for information from the public. Hello all, The above Agency has just increased the warning to Amber. The details are below. We have had a number of calls on sports days. It is one of those 'no wins' like snow. Some have been able to move things to first thing, otherwise they've been sensibly postponed or even cancelled. There's some enquiries too on DofE expeditions, which in the circumstances will need careful review and potential postponing.
