Hello all,
Please see immediately below, details of today's Yellow warning from the Met Office regarding the wind and its potential today. Be particularly aware at break and lunchtime if pupils are 'released' outside. Look out for items that could easily blow around and consider whether parking near trees needs review.
Below that is a repeat of the Flood Alert and Flood Warning information. The situation has eased in places, however, some Warnings and Alerts are still in place and the impact of the wind will add a level of concern to them.
Anyone agree that the parents that took their young children onto Mullion harbour wall, (a favourite spot) yesterday, to find waves coming over the top and nearly washing them all into the water, should be identified and a safeguarding visit take place urgently?
